Steps to Request Account Deletion

 

1. Open the Quargo App :- Launch the Quargo mobile application on your device.

 

 

2. Navigate to the Profile Section :- Access the profile section within the app.

 

 

3. Tap on “Sign In” :- Select the “Sign In” button to open the login interface.

 

 

4. Sign In to Your Account :- Enter your credentials to access your Quargo account.

 

 

5. Access the Settings Menu :- Once signed in, navigate to the settings menu.

 

 

6. Select “Delete Account” :- Locate and tap on the “Delete Account” button within the settings menu.

 

 

7. Submit an Email Request :- You will be redirected to your email client. Send an account deletion request using the email address registered with your Quargo account.

 

 

Important Information

 

Registered Email Requirement:

The account deletion request must be sent from the email address associated with your Quargo account. Requests from unregistered email addresses will not be processed.

 

 

Deletion Timeline:

Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days of submitting your request.

 

 

Account Usage During the Deletion Period:

You may continue using your account during the 30-day deletion period.

 

 

Final Deletion Notification:

A notification will be sent to you one day before the final deletion date.

 

 

Cancellation Option:

If you wish to cancel the deletion request, simply reply with “CANCEL” to the confirmation email before the scheduled deletion date.

 

 

Web Users:

Account deletion requests can only be initiated through the Quargo mobile app. Web users must use the app to proceed with account deletion.
